Excellent Stay with Family

great location tasty food fun activities

The hotel's location was great, close to the beach. I found the food in the restaurant super tasty. The animation team provided fun activities and maintained a great mood. The waterpark was enjoyable too.

Solid Hotel with Excellent Location

excellent location nice bay helpful staff spacious room

The location is great, a supermarket is across the street. Many restaurants are nearby. The beach is also close. A very nice bay with pristine water is a short walk away, perfect for families with children. The staff was nice and helpful. The spacious room featured a balcony.

The gym hours were slightly inconvenient as I wanted to exercise earlier each day.

The hotel features a waterpark. It also has multiple pools available . Loungers are available by the pools. A small shop across the road sells necessities, so that was handy.

I really enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. Everything tasted super tasty and fresh. The chef does an amazing job. Every dish was delicious, especially the theme dinners. Drink options are abundant.

The room had air conditioning, so the temperature was comfortable. Daily cleaning service was available. Fresh towels were provided regularly. Housekeeping did a solid job. The beds were comfy, and I slept well.

great stay with waterpark access!

kind staff lunch voucher great waterpark

The hotel staff were kind and helpful. missing dinner on our arrival night was not a problem. i received a voucher for lunch the next day. I found this very accommodating. the waterpark was a highlight. My children loved the slides and pools.

the hotel safe was out of order. i went to the reception to report the problem, but they informed me it would be addressed the following day. i had to worry about my belongings all day. this was unacceptable

Excellent Stay with Amazing Food and Friendly Staff!!!

The food was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed a full English breakfast daily. The pool was clean and large. there is a waterpark right next door, the hotel now owns it. Staff were very friendly and helpful .

The staff was very accommodating. Maria, the manager, was helpful and made sure our requests were catered for. Pambos, the bar staff, was amazing and made mealtimes relaxing with his great service.

Great Stay with Family Fun

clean pools food variety custom omelettes

The waterpark was great for kids. The slides provided a lot of entertainment. The pools were kept clean and well-kept. I also appreciated the variety of food offered at each meal (especially the custom omelettes!).

The elevators were a little slow.

Our sea view family room was well kept and smelled fresh. It included a large, comfortable bed, as well as standard furnishings (I appreciated the ample space for our family). The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.

the hotel was close to the beach, convenient.

The cleaning was really poor. I found hair in the bathroom, and the floor clearly hadnt been mopped. it was pretty gross, and i expected better hygiene.
